Price Conditions
B&B: Complete breakfast with a warm selection included. 20% discount for single occupancy on all regular and special offer prices.
Apartment: For each extra person over 2 persons = €5 each per night (Children under 3 are free).
*Attention: 20 December 2012 - 2 January 2013 = Apr - Oct prices.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Deposits are not required when booking with us. In doing this, either sides do not need to incur bank transfer or
credit card costs etc.
Due to our intimate size, cancellations affect us greatly!
There is no cancellation fee or penalty. We trust that our guests will inform us at their earliest opportunity if a travel disruption will result in a cancellation. This we would appreciate as we could then have the possibility to rebook the room.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Check-in after 3pm, Check-out latest 12pm (flexible if possible)
Additional Services (Prices include all taxes):
Pick-up service from/to the train station in Alora is €5 for one person and €2 for each additional person
(no maximum).
Ask us about pick-up service options from/to the airport or other locations.
For both the B&B rooms and the apartment, we could accommodate long-term rentals. Prices to be negotiated.
